CIRCLES
REIKI SHARE/CIRCLE: This circle is open to all levels of Reiki
Practitioners. Come and share experiences with others guided by Reiki to give and receive Reiki
in a supportive, light filled environment. It is a circle where only light and
love reside to share touching stories and life changing experiences. We
often readily offer to share and give Reiki to others, but we do not take opportunities to receive it for ourselves.
Meets every third Sunday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A love donation
is requested.
WOMEN’S CIRCLE: This circle
will be held the first Sunday of every month. It meets from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is an inspirational group
for women interested in receiving and providing support to one another: we take on so many things in our lives today, but
often neglect our own well being. This group proves to be an inspirational and growth experience for all participants.
PRAYER & MEDITATION CIRCLE: This
circle will be held monthly. Join us as we connect our energies together as we pray. It has been proven that group
connection is one of the most powerful ways to pray and heal. Each month this circle's focus will vary with intention.

CHILDREN'S REIKI CLASS:Open to children ages 6 to 13. This 2 hour per week workshop or one six hour day workshop
is designed with a child’s well being in mind for the purpose of teaching Reiki. It will help children get in touch with the subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki to help
heal themselves and those around them. The environment will be a nurturing, supportive atmosphere where children will be allowed
to discover their potential as an energy healer. It will be fun and interactive. Children will leave the class with a greater feeling of self-confidence and empowerment.

WORKSHOPS
Journey with Spirit:
Open to all. This
group is a spiritual discussion group that will meet twice a month. We will incorporate
being in and connecting with nature while learning, sharing and growing together spiritually.
We will discuss a lesson from “A Course in Creation” channeled by Quado through Carrie Hart. With Carrie’s permission, we will use a lesson from the Course as the basis for our discussion. Each meeting proves to be a spiritual journey.
The earth is our spirit's playground so each meeting we will hold outdoors in a local park, trail or meet at the Middletown
Office and carpool to an outdoor location. Our next meeting, will be at
Dinosaur
State Park in Rocky Hill. It is a fully participatory group so
be prepared to journey with spirit.
Fall in Love with the Spirit that is YOU:
A workshop that will spark the reconnection to the soul... the essence
of who you truly are! Through love, light, and creativity you will build your spiritual tool bags to carry you
through your soul’s journey. The tools you learn will open you to a higher
more aware state of living which brings with it a greater connection to your intuition.
This workshop involves the use of spiritual movement, sound, guided meditation,
breathing techniques, discussion and the creation of your spirit journal. This class will start you on your intuitive "psychic"
journey. The next experience begins soon!
Meet Your Angel(s) & Spirit Guide (s)
Open to all.
Join others in the energy of connection to meet your messenger(s). Sometimes you don’t realize it but you
have all the help you could want; you simply need to ask. Through a guided meditation
exercise you will receive the opportunity to meet and ask your helpers for the support you want in your everyday life. Guardian Angels have been assigned to stand by you throughout your life; they know
everything you’ve said, done or thought since the day you were born. Spirit Guides are much like Guardian Angels;
they have been with you through one or more of your lives. The function of Angels and Guides is to provide you with your
spiritual and emotional needs; basically, they take care of you by guiding and protecting you. They are non-judgmental
and they look forward to helping you when requested. Once you're open to them, you can feel/sense their presence around you
all the time.
CLASSES
Auras 101: This class is open
to all. This is a beginner’s level class with discussion of the Auric Energy
Bodies surrounding physical beings and objects. What are Auras? We all hear about
them, talk about them, and use them in discussion, but do you really know what they are?
Do you know what they look? Do you know how to see them? And if you do, do you know what the colors mean? Come learn how to sense, feel and view Auras, the energy field of you and others too!
Chakras 101: This
class is open to all. This is a beginner’s level class with discussion
of the seven major chakra centers in the human body. What are Chakras? We all hear about them, talk about them, and use them
in discussion, but do you really know what they are? What we do with them? We will learn about the chakras and their associations. We will use art, sound and
meditation to connect with our chakras and learn techniques for working with them.
Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Attitude: This class is open to all. What
do you think of yourself? What do you want to change? How do you figure out how to do that when you are constantly confronted with your own negative thoughts
of you? When society throws at you everything you should or should not be or
do? Do you even realize you hold negative thoughts about yourself? Do you hear how you talk to yourself? Join others that want
to change their outlook on life and themselves.
Introduction to the Pendulum
This class is open to
all. This is a beginner’s class.
You will learn how to access the energy of your higher self with the use of a pendulum.
You will create a pendulum chart that will help you to explore your higher self beyond the simple use of pendulums. Bring along your favorite pendulum or you may purchase one the day of the class for
an additional fee.
Energy Empowerment Group
This group is designed for development, evolvement and connection of your intuitive abilities
and is ongoing. You may join at any time; however, it requires somewhat of a
commitment on your part as the group energy is necessary to carry the high vibration with which we will develop. It is not important how intuitive you already feel you are, the importance is the commitment. The
energy (vibration) of the group will assist everyone in reaching their gifts much more quickly. EEG will help you develop
connections with others on their path, assist and guide you on your journey and provide an arena for your evolving spirituality.
This involves the following: meditation, different teachings, movement, use of different "psychic" tools, and of course lots
of practice for everyone. This group is open to my coaching/mentoring clients,
students and anyone who is serious about developing their abilities.
