Energy Empowerment Group

This ongoing group is designed for development, evolvement and connection of your intuitive abilities and is ongoing.  You may join at any time; however, it requires somewhat of a commitment on your part as the group energy is necessary to carry the high vibration with which we will develop.  It is not important how intuitive you already feel you are, the importance is the commitment. The energy (vibration) of the group will assist everyone in reaching their gifts much more quickly. EEG will help you develop connections with others on their path, assist and guide you on your journey and provide an arena for your evolving spirituality. This involves the following: meditation, different teachings, movement,use of different "psychic" tools, and of course lots of practice for everyone.  This group is open to my coaching/mentoring clients, students and anyone who is serious about developing their abilities.  Price: $25.00

Children’s Reiki Share               

Open to Children age 7 to 14.  It is time to practice what they have learned in the Children’s Reiki Classes.  Each child will receive Reiki in a supportive, light filled environment.  It is the opportunity for children to get to know one another, share experiences and practice Reiki on one another.  Price: $5.00 love donation is requested.

Munch & Learn Series: Healthy Body, Healthy Lifestyle

Open to Everyone.  This month’s topic is living a healthy lifestyle.  There are ways to live our daily lives without the use of harsh chemicals in our products: food, cosmetics, cleaning.  How can you make your lifestyle healthier with the products you use while at the same time going green.  This is the perfect summer meet up to make new friends, snack and learn something new.  Bring your favorite snack to share.  An RSVP is requested so please do contact me.  Price: $5.00 love donation is requested.

PROJECT HOPE: Shawl Ministry & Reiki Teddy Bears

Have you ever asked yourself, what could I do to help?  What could I give back to the community?  Do you like to Sew?   Do you like to Knit?  Do you like to Crochet? And if you don't know how, would you like to learn?  If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then we need you.   Come join others volunteering their time to create Reiki Charged Prayer Shawls and Stuffed Teddy Bears for children and adults in need of extra healing love.  Donations of items to work with will also be greatly appreciated. Remember anyone can touch another's heart...it is simple just do it with the intent to spread love.  If you would like more information or would like to participate, please contact me. Reiki Share/Message Circle

Open to all levels of Reiki Practitioners.   Come meet others guided by Reiki to give and receive Reiki in a supportive, light filled environment.  It is a circle where only light and love reside to share touching stories and life changing experiences.   We readily offer to share and give Reiki to others, but often we do not take opportunities to receive it for ourselves. Meets every third Sunday of the month.  Price: $10.00 love donation is requested.

Reiki Level Two

Prerequisite: Reiki Level One. Join others guided on their path of learning Reiki.  Each student will be attuned to Usui Reiki & Angelic Reiki Level Two.  Please bring along a picture of someone you would like to send Reiki to during the session.  Each student will learn the following techniques: Long Distance Healing, Goal Empowerment, Chakra Spinning and Balancing and Body Scanning.  We will talk about pendulums and connecting with our Higher Self.  Price: $175.00  A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Journey with Spirit

Open to all. Spring is here and the weather is ideal for connecting with nature and one another. The earth is our spirit's playground so each meeting we will hold outdoors in a local park, trail or meet at the Middletown Office and carpool to an outdoor location. For our first meeting this year, we will meet at the Middletown Office and carpool to Wadsworth Falls to enter a trail of beauty.  It is a fully participatory group so be prepared to journey with spirit; bring your sneakers, pack a light snack and some water. Each time we will incorporate being in and connecting with nature while learning, sharing and growing together spiritually; so be prepared to engage in spiritual play.  A love donation is requested.

Introduction to the Pendulum

This is a beginner’s class.    You will learn how to access the energy of your higher self with the use of a pendulum.  You will be given pendulum charts the day of the class as well as create pendulum charts that will help you to explore your higher self beyond the simple use of pendulums.  Bring along your favorite pendulum or you may purchase one the day of the class for an additional fee.
